What you can expect when selling with me

Personal service. Helpful advice. Smiles.

The decision to sell your home or condo can be both a stressful and an exciting time. I start by taking the time to get to know you, your reasons for selling, and your needs and expectations for the sale.

I’ll prepare a comparative market analysis for your property and provide you with a realistic market valuation. I’ll then work with you to set a price and plan for your sale.

If any work needs to be done to prepare your home, such as renovations, decluttering and staging, I have the contacts and resources to get the work done and will manage the entire project for you.

Once your property is ready for sale, my top notch marketing engine goes to work. With 3D virtual tours, professional floor plans and video, your property will receive both local and international exposure online through social media, MLS, our Forest Hill network, email marketing and our exclusive global network.

If you’re ready to sell or are just exploring your options, I’d love to chat.
