Rare Opportunities in Real Estate

As we continue to navigate through this pandemic, we are all adjusting to new ways of doing things—new rules and protocols for everything from shopping to visiting with friends to the ways in which we conduct business.

It can be overwhelming at times. But amid all these changes, there are some positive ones. For me it’s a greater appreciation of friends and family, for taking time to work on myself and my own personal development, and for enjoying the outdoors and the beauty of nature.

And real estate certainly has not been immune to the effects of COVID-19. While homes and condos are still being bought and sold, the
processes have changed significantly and in some ways improved, with such innovations as virtual closings.

While I think condo dwellers are feeling the effects of isolation more than most - due to relatively smaller spaces, restrictions in the use of common areas and longer wait times for elevators - it’s forced some of us to be a little more creative with our use of space and prompted others to make a move either out of the city or to a larger space.

This has opened up opportunities for buyers. A lot of amazing condos are becoming available. Rare properties once tightly held are now popping up on the market. If you are currently renting and thinking about buying or are looking to upgrade your current space, now is an ideal time to jump into the market.

Not only are some great properties becoming available, but interest rates are the lowest they’ve been in years. If you’re looking for that once-in-a-lifetime property, there is no better time than now.

And if you need some help finding these rare gems,
get in touch with me today and let me help you love, live, life in the city again.

During the pandemic, condo owners and investors saw double-digit price growth in their units. This prompted some people to sell their investments and use the proceeds to upgrade their own living spaces. But what if - in the process of inspecting your investment to prepare it for sale - you discover your tenant is a hoarder?
